As a further service to their customers DMIS have launched www.ulsterpropertyindex.com , a 'real-time' property portal exclusive to users of the EASy© software system.  Now, for the first time, Estate Agents can advertise their properties in real-time, keeping the viewers right up to date with the latest properties and bidding status. Those customers who in the past have been met with disappointment after seeing the house of their dreams on the 'net, only to find when they contact the estate agent that it was sold three months ago, can view properties that are much more up to date in terms of their selling status.  Using the latest technology, DMIS and their web designers, have developed a system which constantly monitors each property, so that as it becomes under offer, sale agreed, withdrawn or sold, so its status is propagated straight through to the web-site, thus keeping it bang up to date.
No longer does the estate agent have to do any more logging in and out, remembering passwords, updating the web-site manually and waiting for ages as the photos are uploaded. 

 This service is managed by DMIS own bespoke software package EASy© which is widely used in Ireland by those Estate Agents keen to maintain a top class service to customers.
